Very delicious pho! Broth was amazing and a big portion. Owner was a sweet lady. Don't be surprised if the place is empty when you visit- we went on a Friday night at 6pm and it was empty, then a few others trickled in. The place could definitely use some more upkeep, but 5 stars for the food and service. Would recommend any of the beef phos!

This unassuming roadside restaurant is a gem. Most drivers probably just speed right by it, but don't! The food is terrific, and well-priced.

This spot is in the middle of nowhere but well worth the trip for yummy pho. While it was eerily empty, the owner was pleasant and the food arrived quickly.

What treat to find a delicious Vietnamese restaurant. I went with a group of women, some with food sensitivities and there was something for everyone. Had a boba tea and I had the chicken pho which was out of this world. Every one was super happy with their meal, and the service was great too.

The surprise was that Pocomoke City, Maryland, had a Vietnamese restaurant at all, let alone a damn good one on Route 113 southbound. True, it arose from the remains of an earlier commercial kitchen, and the place is a little worn out, but once you get past that, the menu offerings are worthy of your time and attention. Our roadstop lunch on our way back to Bucks County, PA, left us satisfied and renewed for the remaining 4 hours of our drive. We both shared decent Spring Rolls (shrimp, cabbage & Daikon) with tasty peanut dipping sauce) and large bowls of Pho Ha Noi (brisket, Thai basil, onion, jalapeño, lime, noodles in well simmered beef broth). The rolls were good, but used smaller shrimp, yet tasty and chewy, as expected. The pho was well conceived and simmered long enough to present moderately complex flavor, with plenty of low fat brisket to enrich the texture of the soup, along with the added jalapeno slices and lime juice. At $14 a bowl, it was priced for perfection, and a reminder that restaurant prices still reflected post Covid supply issues, even when no longer the real issue. We enjoyed our slurps, regardless. The operation is family run. The young kids were around doing homework and playing games, adding to the genuine feel. The only thing they could easily do to upgrade would be to refill and clean the Sriracha and Hoisin bottle rockets on the tables more frequently, so they didn't look as messy and forlorn. Too, small dishes to hold the sauces used for dipping would be a positive touch if available on each table. Despite those small matters, Pho Bien is a welcome alternative for road warriors on the Eastern Shore.

I've been craving pho so I was super excited when I saw this restaurant. I had to make a uturn on the highway because I was pressed and didn't know that Pocomoke City had a pho restaurant! The owners are super friendly and inviting. I ordered takeout but I definitely plan on visiting the restaurant again when I am in the area. I ordered the seafood pho (shrimp only) and Vietnamese egg rolls. The pho was very delicious and savory. It really hit the spot. The shrimp were a nice size and the broth was flavorful. I enjoyed the eggrolls as well. If you love pho and supporting small businesses, I recommend checking this restaurant out.

Service was excellent, very nice and kind people working there. The ambiance is nice, it's a clean restaurant. Food was pretty good considering it's out on Easter shore. but not as good as back home DC area. But It fixed my cravings for pho. We had spring roll w/peanut sauce to dip (big shrimps) and beef pho and beef stew w/egg noodles.
